Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of large-scale national mixed-use real estate development projects from design through entitlements, permitting, and construction
- Coordinate and manage teams of contractors, architects and engineers to effectuate project goals and objectives
- Manage project budgets, development schedules, and product quality
- Review and prepare financial analysis and reporting on an ongoing basis, including historical analysis and financial modeling to assess investor risk, construction risk, and project timelines
- CEO of the project(s)
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets independently and concurrently
- Experience successfully managing the execution of complex projects
- Demonstrated success coordinating drawing and design documentation
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Revit required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfort making independent decisions and working productively in an informal environment
- A team-first mind-set, with the ability to lead and effectuate change on a large scale
- Aesthetic / design sensibility
- Travel expected 25-50% of the time
Background:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Architecture or engineering background strongly preferred
- Note: must present proof of full COVID-10 vaccination before first day of employment
