Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of large-scale national mixed-use real estate development projects from design through entitlements, permitting, and construction
  • Coordinate and manage teams of contractors, architects and engineers to effectuate project goals and objectives
  • Manage project budgets, development schedules, and product quality
  • Review and prepare financial analysis and reporting on an ongoing basis, including historical analysis and financial modeling to assess investor risk, construction risk, and project timelines
  • CEO of the project(s)

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets independently and concurrently
  • Experience successfully managing the execution of complex projects
  • Demonstrated success coordinating drawing and design documentation
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Revit required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort making independent decisions and working productively in an informal environment
  • A team-first mind-set, with the ability to lead and effectuate change on a large scale
  • Aesthetic / design sensibility
  • Travel expected 25-50% of the time

Background:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Architecture or engineering background strongly preferred
  • Note: must present proof of full COVID-10 vaccination before first day of employment
