Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate investors, owners, and brokers
- Correspond with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings
- Review property-level financial information to determine potential loan options and feasibility
- Stay informed and up to date with evolving commercial real estate finance guidelines
- Oversee the loan process from engagement to closing
Required Experience & Skill Sets
- Must be a go-getter and take initiative to solve problems
- Outgoing personality with a knowledge and passion for real estate
- Experience with reaching out to potential clients in a business-sourcing role
- Comfort working within a team
- Strong communication skills with banking institutions, vendors, and internal staff
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
