Sales Trainer
Homesnap is looking for a results-focused individual that can focus on both a strategic plan and oversee tactical implementation of the training team. You will work with the various other stakeholder teams (MLS Ops, Business Dev, Marketing, Product) to ensure that training addresses the needs of each group.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify key opportunities to drive agent training with Homesnap and build a plan to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Build systems that drive overall agents trained and training among key agent segments.
- Track and measure the success of particular tactics and progress towards the overall goal.
- Work with the MLS ops team, business development team, marketing group, product team to define tactics to drive training and work with those groups to execute on those tactics.

- Specific examples of goals, your performance to those goals and tactical approach to achieve those goals.
- Make sure you let us know if you have any experience or connection to the real estate industry as that helps - though is certainly not required
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree coupled with 3+ years of experience working in a sales training role
- Must have experience working as a trainer in a sales quota-driven environment
- Great virtual presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication.
