We are a growing real estate development firm that has been in business for over 45 years. Our developments have included all types of real estate from industrial to hospitality. The Analyst will work directly with our CFO and Director of Acquisitions. The position will be involved with all aspects of real estate investing from initial deal sourcing, underwriting and due diligence to closing, asset management and operations. Hospitality experience is preferred in underwriting of hotel acquisitions.

- Underwrite prospective investments
- Control, update and/or review financial underwriting models in Excel
- Conduct market research and third party data sources to the reasonableness of financial projections.
- Work with our mortgage brokers to prepare materials for financing.
- Use data rooms as base for the initial assumptions of the deal model.
- Keep up with current trends in the market
- Work with team to prepare decks/offering books for equity partners.
- Work with our General Counsel on due diligence and closings.
- As we are a small firm, be prepared to jump into other aspects of the business when required.
