About the role
This individual will support all Facilities assets and infrastructure outside of Clean Utilities and the Central Utility Plant and liaise with the client Engineers as needed.
This is an on-site role in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

What you'll need
At least 5 years of related Facilities experience preferably in a regulated environment.

About the role
This individual will support all Facilities assets and infrastructure outside of Clean Utilities and the Central Utility Plant and liaise with the client Engineers as needed.
This is an on-site role in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
Areas you'll support:
Emergency Response / Fire Systems
- Lead on emergency response issues where there is an electrical/mechanical problem.
Equipment Maintenance
- Optimize Preventative Maintenance and Job Plans.
- Provide support to maintenance team with repairs.
- Support training and skills development of CBRE technicians. Introduce new maintenance techniques and technology.
- Review problem assets, conduct failure analysis Review relevant SOP's to ensure compliance.
- Review/approve Lock Out Tag Out procedures, responsible for CBRE LOTO events.
Fume
- Participate in client FUME and operational meetings as appropriate.
- Align scheduled outages with Manufacturing and Site Leadership, request outages when needed.
Trackwise / Compliance
- Support organizational change activities via Trackwise.
- Review/approve Trackwise submissions.
- Lead alignment to the client engineering requirements.
- Partner with CBRE Quality to lead or support investigations and CAPA's.
- Lead investigations and develop countermeasures and improvements to prevent recurrence.
Capital Planning
- CBRE Lead on providing input and supporting data.
Continuous Improvement Lead
- Data analysis, Streamlining, Lean approaches, cost savings, energy projects.
Project Support
- Primary CBRE representative supporting the client and their Project Management & Engineering team assets outside of Clean Utilities and the Central Utility Plant.
- Participate in project meetings, represent Integrated Facilities Management, assist in scheduling related resources, speak to electrical and mechanical concerns.
